On Tuesday, a 7-month-old boy and a 2-year-old boy were abducted from a library in Burien, Washington by a suspect that has known gang affiliations and a history of domestic violence, assault and weapons use.  According to reports, he assaulted his ex-girlfriend and then fled in her LoJack-equipped 1994 dark green Lexus GS300 with her two
